As a skilled tradesman, I've encountered numerous challenges that have not only honed my abilities but also instilled in me the confidence to overcome obstacles. However, I've noticed a decline in apprenticeships following my own training with City & Guilds and an Indentured Apprenticeship. 

I'm passionate about giving back to the community and showcasing the immensely rewarding career opportunities available in the trades. It's crucial to emphasize the significance of training.

Starting in January 2025, my company will cover the training costs for individuals, providing them with the invaluable opportunity to work alongside me and my team, gaining hands-on experience at construction sites and projects. Additionally, my company will fund the CSCS 'Green Card' for these individuals. This will open doors for them to pursue an apprenticeship with my company or explore alternative career paths, possibly working as a Site Labourer. Equipped with the experience and site safety qualifications provided by my company, they could potentially earn around £100 per day on a construction site.

This initiative aims to alleviate the financial burden on local government and ensure that funds are reinvested within the local community. While I understand that my efforts may only benefit a few individuals, even if it helps just one person, I will take immense pride in positively contributing to the community, utilizing my profits to reduce crime, instill confidence in individuals, communities & build promising careers.
