"London Loft Conversion Specialists - I am writing this reference on behalf of Brian and his team, a team of professionals specializing in building with lots of experience working on many different projects in all aspects of building work with an excellent reputation. I have known Brian and his team through my work place where they were employed to work on the Fire Doors Project.

I was very impressed with their work, they met all the necessary obligations and planning requirements and their working standards were very high, they are very professional, respectful and dedicated, very fast and not talking at all whilst they were doing their job, no skiving no rubbish, hence, I approached them if they could come and work on a carpenters project at my home in Greenwich. 

Brian did substantial work for me at my own property.

After they finished that project which I must say that they have done an amazing job, I asked Brian and his team to work on the other projects as well, such as painting and decorating, fixed my stairs at home that was an ongoing issue for such a long time, fixing door frames, gardening etc.

The quality of work has been consistantly high. No corners have been cut and Brian takes pride in doing an excellent job. When unforseen problems have arisen, Brian and his team has taken personal responsibility for the solution. For example, the door locker broke and Brian repaired it at no extra cost. We are also grateful to Brian for spotting some serious strucural problems with our home. His assessment was confirmed by an independent structural engineer. And his quote for fixing it was the most competitive. 

Brian expects high standards from his workers.

The people he employs are experienced, polite and friendly, and they keep a tidy site. There are no problems with the trust with Brian, we have items of value in my property and nothing went wandering off and I felt completely comfortable having them in my house, even when I wasn't there.

He has also been respectful and attentive to our neighbours, recognising the impact of our house works on them too, because they were very impressed with the finishing  project at my home in Greenwich London, hence, they have approached me and asked if I can share his contact details with them as well, to help them with other projects that they might have.

High quality workmanship, on time, and at a very reasonable price I would highly reccomend them and would definately appoint them again for other projects."
